Kris Svendsen began his IT career as a training and support analyst for Brinker International, one of the world's leading restaurant corporations managing brands such as Chili's and Maggiano's.  Kris was quickly promoted to Point of Sale Technical Lead, where he managed point of sale and back office systems for 1000+ corporate owned restaurants. In this position, Kris led an analysis and resolution effort to dramatically reduce restaurant down time and support center call volume.  Such success led to his next Brinker promotion as Software and Web Application Engineer, providing daily support and deployment updates for custom web applications and ERP systems.  This position required consulting and collaborating with software developers, database administrators, and network engineers to trouble shoot application development and system issues.


Following his years at Brinker, Kris became a Business Systems Analyst for Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation.  As part of the principal toll collection services provider in the country, Kris was able to utilize his backgrounds in both the business and IT domains to work as a liaison, examining each client's toll collection needs to scope solution requirements.  Kris serves as a valuable technical member of the Sheer Technology team, providing insight to Sheer Technology clients through database reporting and business rule translation.


Kris and his wife, Felizia, live in the Dallas area where they are raising their daughter, Miller.
